We are looking for a digital guru who will execute all search engine optimization and performance marketing activities. The ideal candidate will take the traditional digital marketing model and provide value-added insights on A/B testing practices, blog posts, online campaigns, SEO Optimization, viral content, and technical analysis, while monitoring user engagement across our website.

He/She must provide a comprehensive competitive analysis and digital plans that achieve robust and sustainable growth. Supervising marketing activities, virtual events, and campaigns, making sure they cater to local and global audiences are their main KPIs.

They will be responsible for providing SEO Keywords and Backlinks Strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks, maximize ROI, and convert visitors into customers. Identifying gaps in our content or areas of improvement in our web design is a plus. However, he/she must be familiar with current SEO techniques, and has to be organized and results-oriented.



Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducting on-going keyword research and lead scoring activities, using various digital tools, e.g. HubSpot, Google Marketing Platform, Ahrefs, Moz, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.
Tracking important SEO and performance marketing metrics; including organic traffic, conversion rates, and time spent on page, etc.
Executing website page optimization, boosting conversion rates, and maintaining conversion funnels.
Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
Conducting Paid Ads and Campaigns is a plus.
Collaborate with UX Designers and CMS Developers to keep track of website performance and technical issues.
Supporting content with backlinks to drive more traffic and customer engagement.
Setting up Google Data Studio to monitor revenue performance and present regular reports to the commercial team.
Working with content marketers to ensure SEO best practices and recommendations that leads to organic SEO success and tangible conversions.
Requirements
BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, PR, or any relevant field
3-5 years of proven experience in SEO/SEM, Website Optimization, Content Marketing, Blogging, Digital Media Analytics, etc.
In-depth experience with website analytics tools.
Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns is a plus.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
Knowledge of online marketing channels and content management tools is a plus, e.g. HubSpot CMS, Social Media Channels, Google Marketing Platform, etc.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
Ability to identify relevant digital marketing metrics, interpret website traffic, and track online customer engagement metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
